This On Demand service make sense to me. This is an area that needs improvements and cost reduction.

Backups: We provide our customers with excellent backup service. We outsource data center management to Rackspace (www.rackspace.com), who have an excellent reputation in the industry for system uptime and high security standards. We offer our customers a full daily backup, as well as dynamic mirroring and failover capabilities.
We also make provisions in customer contracts to ensure that you minimize your risk in the case of “unlikely events”.
